45 Degree Hypers -> Reverse Hypers - Spent about 15 minutes moving between them. Holding 2x50lb plates against forehead for 45 degree.
Grip Training - Still recovering from the fukits. Dusted off the PDA Blobette for some left hand pinch. Varied things around for right w/ plate pinch.
Titan's Telegraph in between. Finished w/ EZ Curls reverse curls.
